SPP Agent Provocateur Cops Caught Red Handed Attempting To Incite Violence

Boots give away undercover cops as real protesters expose criminality

Peaceful protestors at the Security and Prosperity Partnership (SPP) summit in Montebello have captured sensational video of hired agent provocateurs attempting to incite rioting and turn the protest violent, only to encounter brave resistance from real protest leaders.

A video, posted on YouTube, shows three young men, their faces masked by bandannas, mingling Monday with protesters in front of a line of police in riot gear. At least one of the masked men is holding a rock in his hand, reports the Canadian Press.

The three are confronted by protest organizer Dave Coles, president of the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union of Canada. Coles makes it clear the masked men are not welcome among his group of protesters, whom he describes as mainly grandparents. He urges them to leave and find their own protest location.

Watch the video:

Notice how the "anarchists" begin to become uncomfortable when Coles and others accuse them of really being cops, while pulling at their face masks. They are seen to edge closer to the uniformed police and engage in some form of discussion. The police then let them pass through their line with very little resistance and "arrest" them in what is plainly a total charade.

More damning proof that the radicals were in fact cops was revealed with the release of photographs of the incident which show that the anarchists have exactly the same footwear on as the cops.

On the soles of their boots are yellow triangles, exactly the same as on the boots of a police officer kneeling beside the men.

While some have said the marks could represent Canadian Safety Industry seals, it seems very coincidental when placed in context with the way the rioters were "subdued".

To compound the evidence, police have stated that only 4 protestors in total have been arrested and charged, two of them being women. Veteran protest organizers have confirmed the identity of the four as genuine protesters.

So what happened to the rock wielding anarchists?

The few radical protestors at the summit have provided police with the pretext to use rubber bullets, tear gas and pepper spray on peaceful protestors.

Neither the RCMP nor the Surete du Quebec would comment on the video or even discuss generally whether they ever use the tactic of employing agents provocateurs, however it has been common practice at previous protests for authorities to employ police or special forces to intentionally infiltrate peaceful protests and cause violence.

In Seattle in 1999 at the World Trade Organisation meeting, the authorities declared a state of emergency, imposed curfews and resorted to nothing short of police state tactics in response to a small minority of hostile black bloc hooligans. In his film Police State 2, Alex Jones covered the fact that the police allowed the black bloc to run riot in downtown Seattle while they concentrated on preventing the movement of peaceful protestors. The film presents evidence that the left-wing anarchist groups are actually controlled by the state and used to demonize peaceful protesters.

At WTO protests in Genoa 2001 a protestor was killed after being shot in the head and run over twice by a police vehicle. The Italian Carabinere also later beat on peaceful protestors as they slept, and even tortured some, at the Diaz School. It later emerged that the police fabricated evidence against the protesters, claiming they were anarchist rioters, to justify their actions. Some Carabiniere officials have since come forward to say they knew of infiltration of the so called Black Bloc anarchists, that fellow officers acted as agent provocateurs.

At the Free Trade Area of Americas protests in Miami in late November 2003, more provocateuring was evident. The United Steelworkers of America calling for a congressional investigation, stating that the police intentionally caused violence and arrested and charged hundreds of peaceful protestors. The USWA suggested that billions of dollars supposedly slated for Iraq reconstruction funds are actually being used to subsidize ‘homeland repression’ in America.

Feds Train Clergy To "Quell Dissent" During Martial Law

Shocking KSLA 12 news report confirms story we broke last year, Pastors to cite Romans 13 as reason for public to obey government orders, relinquish guns and be taken to camps during state of emergency

A shocking KSLA news report has confirmed the story we first broke last year, that Clergy Response Teams are being trained by the federal government to "quell dissent" and pacify citizens to obey the government in the event of a declaration of martial law.

In May 2006, we exposed the existence of a nationwide FEMA program which is training Pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to "obey the government" in preparation for the implementation of martial law, property and firearm seizures, mass vaccination programs and forced relocation.

A whistleblower who was secretly enrolled into the program told us that the feds were clandestinely recruiting religious leaders to help implement Homeland Security directives in anticipation of a potential bio-terrorist attack, any natural disaster or a nationally declared emergency.

The first directive was for Pastors to preach to their congregations Romans 13, the often taken out of context bible passage that was used by Hitler to hoodwink Christians into supporting him, in order to teach them to "obey the government" when martial law is declared.

It was related to the Pastors that quarantines, martial law and forced relocation were a problem for state authorities when enforcing federal mandates due to the "cowboy mentality" of citizens standing up for their property and second amendment rights as well as farmers defending their crops and livestock from seizure.

It was stressed that the Pastors needed to preach subservience to the authorities ahead of time in preparation for the round-ups and to make it clear to the congregation that "this is for their own good."

Pastors were told that they would be backed up by law enforcement in controlling uncooperative individuals and that they would even lead SWAT teams in attempting to quell resistance.

Though some doubted the accuracy of this report at the time due to its fundamentally disturbing implications, the story has now been confirmed by a KSLA 12 news report, in which participating clergy and officials admit to the existence of the program.

Watch the video.

The report entertains the scenario of martial law as depicted in the movie The Siege and states that "quelling dissent would be critical."

Dr. Durell Tuberville serves as chaplain for the Shreveport Fire Department and the Caddo Sheriff's Office. Tuberville said of the clergy team's mission, "the primary thing that we say to anybody is, 'let's cooperate and get this thing over with and then we'll settle the differences once the crisis is over.'"

Such clergy response teams would walk a tight-rope during martial law between the demands of the government on the one side, versus the wishes of the public on the other. "In a lot of cases, these clergy would already be known in the neighborhoods in which they're helping to diffuse that situation," assured Sandy Davis. He serves as the director of the Caddo-Bossier Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness.
For the clergy team, one of the biggest tools that they will have in helping calm the public down or to obey the law is the bible itself, specifically Romans 13. Dr. Tuberville elaborated, "because the government's established by the Lord, you know. And, that's what we believe in the Christian faith. That's what's stated in the scripture."

So there you have it - Homeland Security are working with local police departments and religious leaders to prepare for the declaration of martial law and in particular developing techniques they will employ during the crisis to "quell dissent."

Phony Christian leaders are brainwashing their congregations to accept the premise that the totalitarian police state is "of the Lord" and that they should get on their knees and lick jackboots while the round-ups take place as citizens are processed into quarantine zones and detention camps by the National Guard and U.S. troops returning from Iraq.

The precedent for mass gun confiscation and martial law in times of a real or manufactured emergency was set during Hurricane Katrina, when police and National Guard patrols forced home owners - even in areas unaffected by the hurricane - to hand over their legally owned firearms at gunpoint.

This is a clear precursor for the imminent declaration of a state of emergency, a scenario that President Bush codified in his recent Presidential Decision Directive of May 9th, which states in the event of a "catastrophic event" the President can take total control over the government and the country, bypassing all other levels of government at the state, federal, local, territorial and tribal levels, and thus ensuring total unprecedented dictatorial power.

The scope of the program is so secretive that even Homeland Security Committee member and Congressman Peter DeFazio was denied access to view the classified portion of the documents.

Bloomberg Gives 9/11 Families' Ground Zero Access

Fri Aug 10, 12:39 PM ET

Aug. 10 (Bloomberg) -- Families who lost relatives at the World Trade Center persuaded New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg to give them access to the site to mark the sixth anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attack.

The memorial ceremony will still take place in a lower Manhattan park near Ground Zero, the mayor said. Bloomberg and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, owner of the trade center site, had said construction made it too dangerous to accommodate thousands of people as in past years.

Bloomberg struck a compromise after weeks of demonstrations in which families campaigned to touch the bare bedrock floor of the place where 2,749 died. It could be their last opportunity to do so before commercial development covers the area. The 16- acre site has been described as ``hallowed ground,'' where the names of the dead have been read on each Sept. 11 since 2002.

``We're very grateful,'' said Rosemary Cain of Massapequa, whose son George, a firefighter, was lost on that day. ``This was all we were asking for, just a little access.''

The space in which the families will be permitted is ``only a few hundred square feet,'' said the families' lawyer, Norman Siegel. The rest of the site will be cordoned off, Siegel said.

``You look them in the eye, they lost their loved ones,'' Bloomberg said today during his weekly WABC radio appearance. ``Putting yourself in their position is always difficult, but you do what you can.''

Paying Respects

The mayor decided to give families access to the construction site after a one-hour meeting yesterday in which relatives presented photographs of the area and an analysis by safety experts who said it would pose no risk to descend a ramp down to the bedrock floor, lay flowers in tribute to the fallen and ascend to street level.

``They're going to be able to march single file down, around to a little spot where they can leave a flower and come back up,'' Bloomberg said on the radio program.

Bloomberg said he and other officials ``plan to have a moving and dignified ceremony'' at Zuccotti Park, a 0.74-acre tract at Broadway and Liberty Street, southeast of Ground Zero.

Family members will be permitted access to the trade center location early in the morning and throughout the day, for as long as it takes. ``I think it will take a very long time,'' the mayor said.

Victims' Names

As the mourners walk down the ramp, loudspeakers will let them hear the names of the dead as they are read by representatives of the police, firefighters and emergency medical services who responded to the catastrophe. Past ceremonies have featured the names read by children, parents and siblings of the victims.

``This was democracy at its best,'' said Anthony Gardner, who lost a brother in the attack. ``The city made a decision, we voiced concerns, there was a dialogue, we talked and we worked it out.''

Sally Regenhard of Yonkers, New York, emerged from her meeting with the mayor saying, ``he was really listening with his heart.'' Her son, Christian, 28, a probationary firefighter who perished in the towers, is among more than 1,100 victims whose remains were never found.

Remains Found

Two weeks ago, construction crews discovered more than 150 pieces of bone and other human remains, heightening the sense among families that the site holds special significance and increasing the tension between the families and the city and Port Authority.

``It's so important because my son is there, some remnant of his beautiful life is there,'' Regenhard said yesterday after the meeting. ``And that's why Ground Zero will always be sacred to us.''

Deputy Fire Chief James Riches of Brooklyn, who lost his son Jim, one of 343 firefighters who died in the attack, said, ``It's a relief for the families and solace to know that I can go down to where he drew his last breath and leave a flower.''

Cranes, cables, earthmovers, steel and cement now fill the site as work on a foundation for the project's signature office building, the 1,776-foot high Freedom Tower, is ``well along,'' said Port Authority spokesman Steven Sigmund last week, with the completion of the tower expected in 2011. Work also proceeds on a transportation hub and a memorial and museum, Sigmund said.

The mayor is the founder and majority owner of Bloomberg News parent Bloomberg LP.

"Kill Proof," Animal-Esque Soldiers: DARPA Goal

mysteriousuniverse.org

The new effort to make “kill-proof soldiers” was announced at this week’s DARPATech conference in Anaheim, California. Project manager Michael Callahan described the goal as “Inner Armor” that will “enable soldiers to work better in extremes—high altitudes, brutal heat, and undersea depths” as animals often do.

For instance, Callahan told the Danger Room reporter he’d “like to increase oxygen flow to Navy divers by 30 to 40 percent. But instead of just giving ‘em more O2, Callahan would like to “do what a sea lion does–redirect oxygen demand.” Similarly, sea lions have a particularly strong “dive reflex”– an ability to slow their heart rates and steer blood flow towards their cores. Callahan would like to see a “push-button dive reflex,” so military divers can do the same, automatically.” Don’t ask me how. He didn’t say.

Callahan also wants to make soldiers more resistant to chemical and radiation poisoning and pump them full of “pre-positioned universal immune cells” (whatever those are) to protect them from pathogens. And I believe he’d also like them to bark like dogs and cluck like chickens, although those plans were not announced at the conference.

Once you’ve engineered your sea-lion solider, what will he wear? DARPA’s Mitchell Zakin made short work of the fashion quandry with his big idea: Programmable Matter.

Zakin explained it to Ares writer Bill Sweetman as “‘infochemistry,’ building structures out of smart, versatile mesoparticles that can bond themselves together on demand.” The mesoparticle materials will instantly change shape or automatically adjust to body temperature. Basically, a superhero suit, though I expect, without the cape.

That’s not to say that DARPA is letting members of the animal kingdom entirely off the hook. They are currently hard at work turning moths into spies. Again, thanks to Aviation Week’s Ares Blog: “The cyborg effort is part of Darpa’s Hybrid Insect Microelectromechanical Systems (HI-MEMS) program and involves injecting computer chips into cocoons. The flesh then grows around the chip, enabling warfighters to control the moth’s nervous system remotely. Darpa says because the flesh grows after the chip has been implanted, the tissue heals, creating a ‘reliable tissue-machine interface. The moths could be flown over suspected terrorist camps to get video and data, presumably without arousing much suspicion.”

“This is going to happen,” a DARPA program manager told the reporter. “It’s not science like developing the nuclear bomb, which costs billions of dollars. It can be done relatively cheaply.”
